On the same evening, during the Zens awards function held at the Nadi Sports and Social Club ,attended by staff and stakeholders, our Chief Executive Officer shared a quote by Richard Branson, Founder of the Virgin Group, stating that “If you look after your staff, they look after your customers, it is as simple as that”. This message resonated strongly with Zens values and reinforced the importance placed on people as the foundation of sustainable success.

This achievement is dedicated to all Zens staff and their families, as well as those working across the healthcare sector in Fiji. The sacrifices made by healthcare workers and their loved ones often go unrecognized, yet they remain the backbone of the health system. Zens acknowledges this collective contribution and remains committed to creating workplaces where people are valued, supported and respected.
